Frank Whatford is a 20 year Kirkwood resident, 14 year west side homeowner, and a proud 30 year season ski pass holder. Since starting Whatford Construction in 1991, Frank has ten plus homes completed, numerous remodels, (including an extensive remodel on his own west meadows home), and established himself as one of the valleyâs respected residential builders. He still enjoys all the recreational "fun hog" stuff that originally attracted him to Kirkwood÷skiing, (alpine, telemark, cross country, and backcountry), mountain biking, hiking, river rafting, and ice skating the local lakes. Frank's wife, Lisa, is involved with working and training search and rescue dogs and works actively with the ski patrol's avalanche dog program.

Wayne graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1976 with BS in Architecture and Construction Management, moving to Seattle after graduation and finally working his way south to California and now making his home in Sparks, NV. He obtained his California Contractors license in 1989 and his Nevada Contractor license in 1996. His past commercial work has required him to obtain licenses in both Arizona and Washington State.
