LAST TEN UNITS IN FIRST PHASE OF THUNDER MOUNTAIN LODGE AVAILABLE NOW AT KIRKWOOD
(Kirkwood Mountain Resort, Kirkwood, Calif.) Time is of the essence for those wanting to buy their dream vacation home in Kirkwood’s newest development, Thunder Mountain Lodge, before the inventory is gone and prices rise. The resort announced that it is now selling the last ten units in Phase I. Currently these residences start at $695,000. The next offering in Thunder Mountain Lodge will likely be in the fall of 2007.

Thunder Mountain Lodge is expected to break ground in spring 2007 and be ready for occupancy by Christmas of 2008. It has two- to three-bedroom, two- to three-bath residences next to the Timber Creek Village.
