Tim Cohee, Kirkwood Mountain Realty President, is a 14 year veteran of the resort, having been its President, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer since 1993.
Cohee began his ski industry career in the late 1970s, and has been a senior resort executive at a handful of America’s leading ski companies for 28 years. He is widely recognized as an industry leader in both the resort and real estate fields, and has been at the helm of the Kirkwood Renaissance which began in earnest in 1995. He counts most top national resort CEOs as close colleagues and friends, and has seen the inside of most from both a resort operations and real estate perspective. He has vast knowledge of the Western real estate market, and has developed several properties within the Kirkwood Valley. He currently owns a terrific homesite where he anticipates building his legacy home in the next few years.
Cohee, a father of five boys, lives full time in the Carson Valley with his wife Anita and their two youngest sons. His middle son, Nick, is one of the top ski racers in America, hoping to earn a spot on the United States Ski Team.
