It was during a "year off" for skiing, snowboarding, climbing, and traveling that got Shannon hooked on Kirkwood and he has been here ever since. Shannon started his real estate career in 1992 in the Napa Valley and has been with Kirkwood Real Estate since 1999. It’s his experience both in Kirkwood and other markets that Shannon feels gives him his edge in finding just the right home for his clients. But regardless of where he’s is what he’s been doing, he always finds it’s nice to come "home" to Kirkwood where he loves to introduce people to the lifestyle that he has come to love.
